Book Yappers Club
What happens when publishers swap reading piles? Join Chloe from Epigram Books, Chinyi from TrendLit and Ee Waun from Pepper Dog Press as they trade titles from each other’s lists and talk about what they liked, what surprised them, and what stuck with them. Each of them will also recommend one international book they enjoyed this year. Think of it as a book club run by publishers, except nobody is taking it too seriously. Expect some laughs, a fair bit of nonsense, and plenty of yapping.
Pling! Pak! Bong!
Join author Nur-El Hudaa Jaffar for a storytelling session of Pling! Pak! Bong!, the story of Azim, who discovers that he can make music! Through playful sounds and a heartwarming tale, children will see that every child has something special to share. The session ends with a colouring activity, so little ones can bring the story to life in their own colours.
